1. Yes. I am located in Louisville, KY and my service is down. I went into a T-Mobile store and was told that it's because of the winter storm in Central US as well. So, you arent the only one.

4. I'm right outside Nashville, and I was out for 8 hrs yesterday, and it's back up today but with problems! Anyone getting any free minutes, or $ off their bill?

5. As neither issue has been resolved: 1. I signed a 2nd contract with the understanding that I would receive a new phone. 2. Coverage issue, I informed at time of resign the area including zip code that I was moving to and was assured coverage. I have been unable to make receive calls. I have attempted numerous emails/calls and now a 40 minute call with a supervisor to resolve these matters. My requests were simple provide my new phone and credit my account for the last 30 days of NO SERVICE (approx $60.00). I would then pay the balance and would finish out the last 6 mo's of the contract.



I was informed Tmobile couldn't resolve my coverage issue and that they could not tell me why a new phone was not issued. I refused to pay my bill until the issue was resolved and my new phone issued. So my service was suspended. I was told I could not cancel without a $200 termination fee eventhough Tmobile has failed to uphold their end of the contract.As I have exhausted all avenues to come to an understanding. I will be reporting the issue to "The Bad Business Bureau" and "The Ripoff Report".



This is a bullying tactic and completely unprofessional coming from a company who collects millions of dollars a month.



If there is to be no assistance in resolving this issue, I will be forced to request my account be canceled.
