Yesterday I made a post carrying an announcement that Yahoo! Go for Mobile is now available for BlackBerry.
Well, it is supposed to be, but then again, several BBHub readers tell me that they tried to download the utility, were told it was a beta, and the beta is now "filled."
That would seem to be a regrettable inconsistency between what the Yahoo! marketing and p.r. people are saying about this service, and what is actually happening in terms of the user experience.
Marketing people offering their own message without first consulting with the techs for a reality check?
Imagine that. You live long enough, you get to see almost anything.
1. for some reason when I try to download it the wap site says my blackberry 7130c wasn't supported even though it is listed as supported in the cingular crop of phones.
