
Many BlackBerry Enterprise Server administrators are familiar with the BlackBerry Enterprise Server Alert tool.
This tool can be used to Monitor Windows NT Event logs, and then send users a notification message whenever the tool senses trouble.
Trouble, in this case, would be a critical, error, warning, or informational event.
But for this to work, you need to configure notification settings on each BlackBerry Enterprise Server in your BlackBerry Domain or network.
