Although I still stand by my prediction that Cingular will release their BlackBerry Pearl this Friday 11/17, documentation on our sister site Engadget Mobile points to a launch on or after December 1.
The documentation, which I show you after the jump, seems to indicate a T-Mobile exclusivity up until that date. But we don't know how old this documentation is, how legalistic (as opposed to just marketing rah-rah) it is, and whether or not the exclusivity claims are subject to negotiation.
I guess we will find out in the coming days.
