3. i will definitely be getting one. it fits my needs perfectly. blackberry capability in a small compact size with a camera. and i personally like the suretype keypad better as it's way easier to dial with one hand and the keys are much larger.

10. I was going to buy an 8700 but a T-Mobile rep told me to wait for this one. From the pics and added features I think he was right.

11. I'll have it on the 12th... and if it sucks, I'll return it shortly thereafter. I have high hopes, but will be very critical of it (it better be a good PHONE unlike the 7105t!)

13. Before anyone does anything crazy, like going to buy a "Blackberry" you should wait check out Samsung's new Blackberry Device, the t719 slim flip phone. If you like the Blackberry Connect and like an innovative phone that will actually last, here is your first chance. My Blackberry melted when a raindrop hit it.

14. I'll be watching for it to become available on Nextel or Sprint - my current carrier. CameraBerry.com

16. If you use the blackberry for business then you need a comfortable qwerty type to be productive. If however you want to have a regular phone and enjoy the email functionality RIM has to offer, I think this is the best of both worlds. Just ordered this morning.

18. the Pearl is great. Much improved over the 7290. It is great for business too. I would recommend buying it. It is Not a toy.

19. I purchased the Pearl yesterday (Sept 12)Yes, I am extremely satisfied, and NO it is not a toy. I also have used blackberry products since their inception for my business. It took less than one day to get used to the new format (trackball)and key setup. I am surprised as to how accurate the word recognition is. Previously, I used a 7290. This Pearl is a BIG improvement.
