Research In Motion subsidiary Ascendent Systems has just announced the first phase in a series of technology integrations that will enhance BlackBerry's enterprise voice mobility capabilities.
RIM said the first phase will be Ascendent Voice Mobility Suite 4.2, the newest build of a software solution that will be able to push voice calls and extend desk phone functionality to BlackBerry devices.
Ascendent Voice Mobility Suite will be integrated with BlackBerry Enterprise Server. No pricing info or firm release date yet.
