Over on Pinstack.com, Infinyte8 posts what appears to be a screen grab from the help section of the Nextel site that specifies an option for what is termed the BlackBerry 8702.
Although there is no expeditious way to verify the screen cap I am showing you here, it looks to me like one that could very well be legit- if only because it would take a relatively significant amount of time and skill to build the elements in the grab from scratch.
I can be a skeptical person, but this looks about right. Plus, I am thinking that SprintNextel knows they need to get into the BlackBerry 87xx series line, but would want to specify a model number that infers special features such as push-to-talk.
So I am down with believing this. If the Nextel BlackBerry 8702 has prematurely landed in some help menu, its formal intro has got to be real close. Maybe even this month.

1. Could this be the first dual network Sprint/Nextel device??? Nextel walkie talkie & GPS + Sprint voice and data would = many very happy users.
