Independent of Vonage the Internet phone provider but a site that concentrates heavily on Vonage-related issues, the Vonage Forum has an interesting BlackBerry post this morning.

A Forum Member named milleph has just put up the post, which he's entitled Softphone and using a bluetooth headset/cellphone.

He writes that until VoIP phones "mature," he'd rather use a BlackBerry rather than a headset to connect to his PC.

"Seems like this should be easy but I can't get it to work and don't see anyone else trying," milleph notes. My BlackBerry sees the computer as a headset-it's upside down."

Then milleph ends his post by asking if anyone else has tried out this solution.
