"Rainy days and Mondays always let me down," the Carpenters sang way back when.
From reading the worst blackberry day of my life thread started by Howard Forums Member and BlackBerry 8700r user mobile_pheen, it is apparent that he (if this is a "he") wouldn't disagree with the premise of the song.
He says Monday started off with him not being able to receive email on his BlackBerry, then not being able to
send it as well.
He did some troubleshooting, nd even switched devices (to what he doesn't say,) but no go.
A call to Rogers Wireless yielded no help. He then tried to delete and add accounts, with similar non-results.
Then he called Rogers back, asked for his account to be deleted and then quickly restored. Somehow, that did the trick.
Fellow HoFo Member martin_j001 jumps on the thread with a somewhat different perspective, though.

"I've had issues where my bb stops receiving mail before (very few and far between), and always have it
taken care of within a few minutes," he writes. "Power cycle, master reset, re-register, delete and
resend service books, and if its still not working call (customer service) and ask to have the IP refreshed.
Thats always done it for me....
