The IDG News Service is reporting that a ruling on the NTP-Research In Motion patent dispute case could come as early as this Tuesday.A ruling by U.S. Court of Appeals Judge James Spencer (at right) could result in the interruption of BlackBerry sales and services in the U.S.
That's according to lead NTP attorney James Wallace of Wiley Rein & Fielding LLP.
Weporter Tom Krazit doesn't quote Wallace directly, a read of this piece implies the liklihood of a Tuesday hearing is what Krazit believes Wallace is sensing. Actually, sounds like Wallace told Krazit this, but declined to be quoted.
