Today, I have been fielding a few comments from T-Mobile BlackBerry-users/BBHub readers that its been impossible to log on to the section of the T-Mobile website where you manage your BlackBerry service.I've checked some of the other BlackBerry boards and there doesn't seem to be reports of this problem. But someone has to report it first.
So what I am asking you T-Mobile BlackBerry users is: "have any of you had problems logging in to the site today?
If yes, I wonder if any of this has to do with issues surrounding Handheld Software Version 4.0 4.49, a 31 MB file which was just posted in the T-Mobile BlackBerry Upgrade section of the T-Mobile site..


1. Hi I work for T-Mobile in the BB department. As far as the issues going on they are not real issues jsut proplems that need to be solved on the user end. As far as the upgrade, yes you do have way more power to do everythign from the handset there is no real use for the site anymore unless you need to set up a filter or change your handheld. If you are looping back to the log in screen 1 of 2 things is happening.. your handset is not properly registered ... which can be fixxed by goting to the hos routing table in the handset and select register now.. or you are not past the 24 hour provisioning time needed.. if that is not the case most likely you do not haev the correct type of phone selected on teh web page.. if it does nto display a BB you need to change it to a BB in order to have the email work properly
