2. I've tried to access my settings for the various accounts, but just return to the opening page. When I go to the Handhelds section and click on Settings, I go back to the opening page with Email Accounts and Handheld. The same happens when I go to Email and click Settings. I have much less ability to manage my accounts than before.

3. T-Mobile killes its BIS web interface. Now, they claim, users can access everything from their handheld. My accessibility is greatly reduced through my handheld.

4. Since the converting of the blackberry mailbox to T-Mobile I hav had delayed messages and can not reply to anyone that I work with. I get an undeliverable message

The format of the e-mail address is incorrect. Check the address, look up the recipient in the Address Book, or contact the recipient directly to find out the correct address.

7. I had tons of problems, including not being able to log into the site, having had the wrong PIN number assigned to me, not being able to configure anything from my handheld, and so forth. Over the last 2 week (following October 2), I probably spent 5-7 hours on T-Mobile tech support, where things eventually got fixed except for the reduced functionality/manageability. The new systems leaves something to be desired, even though the interface has been made a shade more easy in terms of its integration with the rest of one's T-Mobile account. I would love to be a fly on the wall when T-Mobile hears the feedback on this stuff.

8. I have held on the phone with RIM Support for 2 Hours. They calimed they needed to research my problem and would call me back. Well a week later and I am still waiting. T-Mobile has taken all of us off the RIM Server/Client to save money and place us on this stupid T-Zones. The same format that they are using with the Side Kick and other email cellphones. What a joke. The only reason why T-Mobile gets away with this is cause they have the CHEAPEST data plan in oue great Country..... I really wonder how they got the JD Powers and ASS Award....I guess if you pay you play............................................

10. Hi I work for T-Mobile in the BB department. As far as the issues going on they are not real issues jsut proplems that need to be solved on the user end. As far as the upgrade, yes you do have way more power to do everythign from the handset there is no real use for the site anymore unless you need to set up a filter or change your handheld. If you are looping back to the log in screen 1 of 2 things is happening.. your handset is not properly registered ... which can be fixxed by goting to the hos routing table in the handset and select register now.. or you are not past the 24 hour provisioning time needed.. if that is not the case most likely you do not haev the correct type of phone selected on teh web page.. if it does nto display a BB you need to change it to a BB in order to have the email work properly

11. oh BTW shit as for your claim to take you off the RIM client to save you T-mobile money.. you are still on the rim client.. this service is owned by RIM you were useing server version 1.8 you are now on 2.0 this does not save tmobile any money actually it cost them more.. as far as the less functionality learn to use your damn blackberry before you bitch saying you cant do anything.. the only thing you cannot do that you used to beable to do is see your email on a web page.. you can do much more now with this 2.0 like unlimited email space.. yahoo email integration.. all email will soon be instan no more 15 minute delay.. yeah there were some bugs at first but oh well what do you expect. if you think everythign will be perfect when you move 5 million people you are an idiot. as far as the long hold times.. if people would learn to use their devices instead of being lazy and calling every 5 minutes to figure out how to hit a button you would not have to hold so damn long.. also about emails not beign able to be sent.. 2 things cause that error.. one of which is you are still useing the webclient [cmime] service book which is no longer supported.. so delete it.. or you installed the desktop software wrong because most do not read and jsut hit next next next next..grow up[ and stop- bitching this is life get used to it some things will mess up what do you expect.

13. As 12/7/05 I haven't been able to access the web site for weeks. I have been a user since the 1st week they offered the 7100t. They changed their email system and things stopped working. To "Tmobile PDA ":why is this my problem or why should I wait on the phone for hours until the outsourced support rep figures out how to fix the problem that wa cause by a poor executed rollout by T-Mobiles technical staff?
