Hot talk that the BlackBerry 7100 is headed for the SprintNextel sales channel.I got a tip from one reader this a.m. who writes, "It will called the 7100I and is starting to show up in some of the software that (SprintNextel) provides for its dealers."
One reason I am inclined to believe this, is that graphic that's going around,and that you are studying there on the right.
Some users on HowardForums also claim to have either seen this device, or have heard that its release is imminent,but is sealed under confidentiality agreement as of now.
Interesting, though, that the screen grab indicates only the Nextel logo, not the combined SprintNextel. Also note the "July 12" date.
That could be because this UI and case was a fairly early build, before the finalization of the SprintNextel merger Sept. 2.
