Summer Budget Travel Tips from Gadling

A "case" for BlackBerry 7100t and 7100r

Aluminum Case for BlackBerryI've only seen photos so far, but sometimes you can tell a case by its cover.

Near as I can tell, this aluminum case for the BlackBerry 7100t (T-Mobile) and BlackBerry 7100r (Rogers Wireless) is one of those products that is functional, sturdy and beautiful.

A rare combination in hardware, as well as in other constructs of industry and biology.

Functional: cut-outs in the right places allow email and phone use even when the phone is closed. Also, the protective window guards against scratches.

Sturdy: It's made out of aircraft-grade aluminum, a material that I was sure glad for the last time I flew.

Beautiful: I know beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, but take a look at the photo and tell me if you agree.

The case is listed at $39.99, but I've just found it on eAccess Solutions e-Store for $29.99. To go there, click the Read link directly below this post.
